

Since the acquisition of Martabe in July 2009, G-Resources has added three new deposits to the resource base as well as a total estimated 2.15Moz of gold and 15.50Moz of silver, representing an increase of 36% in gold resources and 25% in silver resources. The Company has an exciting exploration programme. While the 2012 focus is on a drilling on the wider Contract of Work (“CoW”), a sulphide gold drilling programme and a porphyry copper exploration plan is being developed and drilling around the Martabe deposits continues.
