TSUI Ching Hung was appointed as an executive director of G-Resources on 5 March 2009 and redesignated as a non-executive director of G-Resources on 22 July 2009. Mr Tsui holds a Master of Science degree in Polymer Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Aston and University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, respectively. He has over 10 years of experience in senior management positions with several multinational corporations in Hong Kong. Mr Tsui is currently an executive director of CST Mining Group Limited (listed on HKEx) and an independent non-executive director of Rising Development Holdings Limited (listed on on HKEx).
