
G-Resources Group Limited (HKEx:1051) is an Asian gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong.
Currently, the Company’s main asset is the Martabe Gold and Silver Mine, located in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Martabe was purchased by G-Resources for approximately US$220 million in mid-2009 from OZ Minerals Limited, after fully exercising the option agreement with CST Mining Group Limited (formerly known as China Sci-Tech Holdings Limited).
The intention is to expand through organic growth from increases in the Martabe reserves and resources and through discovery on the large Martabe licensed area. Also part of our strategic vision is to acquire and develop other quality projects or producing assets in Asia, Australasia and the Pacific Region. This will be achieved by leveraging our management team’s regional gold and base metals experience and knowledge.
G-Resources’ target is to reach one million ounces per annum gold production within five years.

Martabe is G-Resources’ core starter asset and has been built to the relevant international codes and standards, including seismic criteria, environmental standards and engineering criteria.
